Overview

In order to provide users with a better expierence on the platform, Arvo Growth Partners, LLC (Arvo), has created unique partnerships with third parties. These partnerships have specific data that is shared from an Arvo Platform to a third party.


Third Parties

Arvo has partnered with the following parties to improve the capabilities of the platform. Each party has been hand-selected by Arvo based on a number of factors. Selected third parties are required to agree to several specific clauses designed to ensure the compliance and privacy of the users. Below are the selected third parties that currently work with Arvo.

TruDiligance: Providing users with the ability to order background checks, reference checks, educational verifications, and employment verifications. In order to accomplish this, data will be shared about users with TruDiligance. Trudiligance maintains the relationships between Arvo and Quest Diagnostics as well as between Arvo and LabCorp.

Quest Diagnostics: Providing users with multiple point drug tests. In order to accomplish this, data will be shared about users with Quest Diagnostics.

LabCorp: Providing users with multiple point drug tests. In order to accomplish this, data will be shared about users with LabCorp.


Data Sharing

If the user purchases or is selected to participate in a third-party service, data about the users will be shared with the needed third party. This data is to otherwise be keep confidential by Arvo and the third parties. At no point is data to be shared with parties that do not affiliate directly with Arvo. Data is also only shared on a needed basis. At no point will a third party own any data shared from Arvo.


General Compliance

Each party has an ongoing agreement with Arvo to ensure the same level of compliance and security with the data being shared. All of the current third parties also have additional state and federal compliance that they must obey while processing and fulfilling requests.


Disputes, Issues, Support

Any disputes or issues with the information provided from a third party service are to be directly handled with the appropriate third party. Any support issues relating to any third party service excluding billing or pricing related questions shall also be handled by the appropriate third party. Direct contact information will be provided to the requestor by Arvo’s support team.
